Hello IT,

Hi, everyone! Welcome to E-mail Picks. It's
the holiday season and many of my
colleagues are out on vacation. It's nice
to be in a quiet office sometimes, now in
that quiet office I was looking at our
company's internet website and I found a
bug. Look here... so when I click the "News"
tab, everything goes black. Well there's
probably no news anyway because it's
Golden Week, but I thought I should
report this bug to our IT department. So,
I need to do two things in this e-mail:
number one, I need to describe the
problem; and number two, I need to attach
a screenshot of the bugged web page. So
here's what I'm gonna write: Hello IT,
I wanted to inform you that I might
have found a bug in our intranet. When I
click on "News," the page goes black and I
can't read most of the text. This didn't
happen last night,
though. I have attached a screenshot.
Hope this helps. Product Development
Kyota Ko. OK, so first I'm not an IT
expert so I don't know if this problem
is caused by a bug or not, that's why I
wrote "I wanted to inform you that I
might have found a bug." This means "maybe I
found a bug." I closed the email with HTH
which means "hope this helps."
So I'm saying I hope this report helps.
This is an internal e-mail so I can use
this kind of short versions of common
phrases. OK, so I'm going to send this
e-mail right now and I'm going to try to
start working seriously. Well, that's it
for this week. Thanks for watching and
see you next time.
