と言っているようなネガティブな意味合いになってしまいます。

So, you don't, you don't want to say that,
especially to your staff. OK?
So what you should say is something like this.
You know, Taro, this could be a very big problem.
And Taro says,
Hey, let's just keep this between us for now.
Woah...
That sounds cool, doesn't it?
Let's just keep this between us for now.
Uh... sounds like a native speaker when you say that.
Okay, so let's look at pronunciation.
