“I promise not to do that again.” です。

今回は相手に謝る場合につかえるフレーズです。

ミスを犯し迷惑をかけた場合、相手に反省の気持ちを伝えることって大切ですよね。
例えばあなたが同僚にミーティングの時間を伝え忘れてしまったとき、

“Why didn’t you tell me?” 「どうして私に（ミーティングの時間を）教えてくれなかったの？」
と言われ、「申し訳ない、次回からはこんなことにならないようにするよ」
と答えたい場合、あなたは何と言いますか？

“I’m sorry. I tell you next time.”
一応謝ってはいますが、これではすぐに次回の話になっていて、
今回相手に迷惑をかけた、という気持ちがあまり伝わりません。

こんなときはぜひ、

“I’m sorry, I promise not to do that again.”
と言いましょう。あなたが反省している気持ちがよく伝わります。
