Not my cup of tea は、日本語で言う「好みじゃない」「趣味じゃない」という意味です。嫌いなものを勧められた時に、エレガントに断るために使われる言い回しです。
元々、”____ is my cup of tea”（〇〇は私のお気に入りなんです）という表現が19世紀頃のイギリスで使用されていました。これに”not”が1920年代頃に加わり、現在広く使われている”not my cup of tea”が生まれたとされています。
