そして彼らのトレーニングプロセスにも参加し、その後デモレッスンも受けていますので、
どれほど素晴らしいトレーナーがBizmatesに在籍しているか知っています。
では、今回の本題“Bizmates Trainers”の秘密をお伝えします。
雇用のプロセスの厳しい基準となどは、
他のスクールとの違いがわかりにくいかと思いますので、割愛しますね。

その時私は「英語を教えるんじゃないんですよね。」とお伝えしています。

And today's topic is Bizmates trainers.
And this is a topic that I'm really proud to talk about.
Because all the trainers at Bizmates, I've singlely
interviewed and hired, every one of our trainers.
And I've taken a demonstration lesson from them
so I know all of them personally.
And I'm very proud because I think they're,
they're great people and they're great trainers.
OK. And today you know, instead of telling
you about our strict hiring process,
and the you know, all the steps that they have
to go through, and we only hire the best,
because all schools will tell you the same thing.
We'll tell you we hire the best trainers.
We have a strict hiring process.
But I'm gonna share a little secret today
about our trainers and about our hiring process.
OK. Because we get a lot of applicants
who say, yes Hika, I wanna teach English at Bizmates.
And the thing is, what I tell them is,
I'm sorry but we don't teach English at Bizmates.
If you wanna teach English,
then you go to an English school, another Online English school.
That's not what we do at Bizmates. And some trainers
understand this because they've seen our video.
They've seen our website and they understand.
Some, some applicants don't understand.
And they're like, really?
What do you do?
And I tell them, our goal is to help our students
succeed in global business.
That's the type of people we're looking for.
And in order to succeed,
there're 5 things that you need.
And one thing is, good language skills.
Another thing is communication skills.
Because just speaking English isn't enough, right?
You also need the communication skills, presentation skills,
facilitating meetings, being persuasive and assertive.
And diversity, having an open mind to be able to accept
different cultures from around the world.
And leadership skills, something that's really
important in global business.
And a good personality. And to be
able to bring out your personality.
So these are the five things.
And I tell all the applicants
these are the five things that we help
our students with.
And these are the five things that
we look for in all of our trainers, yeah.
So, that's one secret at Bizmates.
This is the type of person that we look for in our trainers.
